Hoop Dance is a Halifax operated business. We create Hula Hoops of all sizes, weights and colours. Our main goal is to provide Haligonaians and beyond with a fun, enjoyable excersise routine. We offer group and single classes, Beginner and Intermediate. We offer hoops of many different sizes, colorus and weights. It is a workout, dance, and stress reliever.
