Hoop Dance is a Halifax operated business. We create Hula Hoops of all sizes, weights and colours. Our main goal is to provide Haligonaians and beyond with a fun, enjoyable excersise routine. We offer group and single classes, Beginner and Intermediate. We offer hoops of many different sizes, colorus and weights. It is a workout, dance, and stress reliever.

These are usually sold in a set of two for $45.00 they can be used somewhat like Poi or for doing smaller hand tricks.

Through the Looking Glass
This weekend was an amazing weekend - Through the looking glass- put on by Mitch Billard. Because of his jenerousity, many many people we able to attend a free outdoor event and enjoy all of the positive energy, and love that surrounded us all. I was able to leave my hula hoops out for everyone to use and got alot of people hula hooping. so thank you everyone for respecting my stuff! and Thank you Mitch for putting on an amazing show! Thank you to all who purchased Hoops from me this weekend! You're awesome!

Fundraising!
So as some of you may know already, my main purpose for selling my hoops, is to fundraise for my trip I will be taking in December. I will be ehading to Ugana with the Action Hero Network, (http://www.actionheronetwork.net/) to build a circus camp

So the main purpose of me selling my Hula Hoops is to fundraise for my trip to Uganda! I will be traveling to Uganda, in December developing circus schools in rural Uganda which will be funded through sewing Hanging Hugs Hammocks and Action Hero clothing, and now my Hula Hoops!
For every 5 Hula Hoops purchased, I will be making 1 colapsable hula hoop to bring to uganda.
